Friday, June 24, 2011. I've had a few emails about how I use my word family board and it's contents. I'm so happy to be able to share. Here are the details. As you can see, my board is Seuss themed. These are some of the decorations (glitter) that I used to set up the board. I made pockets at the bottom of the board for each vowel family using scrapbook paper and Seuss themed letters. We read the list together, using my doc camera, and add the word card to the board. VOILA! June 24, 2011 at 2:36 PM.

It has changes how I organize files, notes from kids, tracking reading skills and everything in between. Tuesday, February 5, 2013. We had a great week in Science. As many of you know, I just started a 3rd grade position on Jan 2! Well, at our school we teach a nine week rotation of Science/Social Studies and then we switch to another homeroom and teach it again. I can't wait to get the whole way through 1 rotation.
